Despertó abrazado a una gota de mar. Le pareció imposible. Todo este tiempo durmiendo bajo un puente le había hecho creer que no merecía este tipo de mágicos obsequios. La vida te premia, supuso. Hizo a un lado su cobija informativa con las noticias de antier y se adentró en el mundo.
Fue cuando limpiaba el quinto parabrisas que la nostalgia le enterró el aguijón entero. Volvió a ver a Mariano escupiendo fuego entre La Morena y Cuauhtemoc y los dedos de los pies se le enroscaron como cuando las ganas voraces te levantan los vellos.
Mariano era el pensamiento perfecto para olvidarse del involuntario ayuno diario.
Dijeron las noticias que el conductor actuó con saña contra el pobre muchacho. Dijeron eso porque no lo escucharon decir mientras se aventaba al tránsito: Ya no puedo con que tú seas un recuerdo y yo no, Mariano.

Soy libro abierto, escrito en lo cierto,
la tinta mi sangre; las hojas, mi piel.
Letras de mi alma grabadas en verso
siendo siempre el mismo y a mí mismo fiel.
Y si cambia el papel,
asumo el rol que me toca y lo hago valer.
Ser antes de hacer y tener,
dentro de mí hallé el poder.
Palabra auténtica, tengo espíritu,
pies en la tierra, mas con ímpetu.
Un rostro y corazón, debo gratitud
a La Rima que dio gloria a mi juventud
que pronto se va y cuya brevedad
las ondas del sonido eterniza.
Silencio y quietud de mi senectud
que se acerca sin pausa ni prisa.
Y como avisa, pues no traiciona,
nuestro paso en la vida es sólo una broma.
Quid est veritas? ¿Quién la condiciona?
Miles de Pilatos la hallan y abandonan.
Certeza y dudas, respuestas mudas
contesta Abraxas con razones crudas,
la fe de Pedro, el beso de Judas,
toque de Midas, Moral Desnuda.
Veritas lux mea, Χαλεπὰ τὰ καλά
interna pelea, ﺟﻬﺎﺩ بِسْمِ ٱللَّٰهِ
eterna vereda, búsqueda que se da
en un Mágico Teatro... o Bajo la Rueda.
Y al final sólo quedará lo real,
la verdad prevalecerá al amar.
Realidad que se puede transformar,
entero voy, soy quien soy al caminar.
II.
Na minha cabeça, que é um campo de batalha,
ainda há uma erva intacta que resiste e dá aroma da sua flor.
Peço a mim próprio que cada palavra na minha garganta,
não me afaste, me aproxime cada dia à verdade.
Peço à verdade que permaneça em cada ato
e cada música que eu cante,
a cada som, sem dúvida, ser real.
* Χαλεπὰ τὰ καλά, (Jalepá ta kalá), “lo bueno difícil”.
* ﺟﻬﺎﺩ بِسْمِ ٱللَّٰهِ (Yihad, bismilah), “esfuerzo, en nombre de Dios”.

Todo es distante y diferente y parece inconciliable.
Y a la vez todo se da simultáneamente en este momento que todavia no existe para mí.
Y que es sin embargo el momento en que usted escucha estas palabras que yo grabé en el pasado, es decir, en un tiempo que, para mí, ahora es el futuro.
"Juegos de la imaginación" dirá el señor sensato que nunca falta entre los locos. Como si eso fuera decir algo. Como si supiéramos lo que es un juego en el fondo y sobre todo, lo que es la imaginación. En fin.

Agua sucia que no nutre nada

Y mudo el quetzal, se olvida su canto
los veo chocar, colmillos y espinas.

Tomorrow, which questions will be in my mind?

which answers are escaping off my eyes?
I keep wondering why, barely answering some
I’m the injured, but the healer as well
The fierceness of will puts my soul to sprint
No ocean will ever sink this heart.
